Instructions for Use: Store at room temperature (~75°F/24°C). Do not freeze or refrigerate prior to activation. Refrigeration prior to activation may result in frostbite.
Shake contents to bottom of pack. Grasp outer edges of pack at the arrows below. SQUEEZE firmly to activate. SHAKE pack well to mix contents after activation. APPLY Cold Pack to desired area. Insulated side should be positioned away from the body making the pack more comfortable to hold. Insulation extends the therapeutic time duration of cold by approximately 20%. Approximate coldest temperature and therapeutic time duration: 33°F/0.5°C, 30 minutes. Remove after 30 minutes. Leave area uncovered 1 hour before cold re-application. To RE-USE, place pack in a refrigerator for 15 minutes, insulation side down. Do not freeze. Dispose of Cold Pack in proper receptacle.
Caution: Do not puncture or strike pack in any manner. Do not use if punctured, torn or leaking. For external use only. Individuals with circulatory problems should use only at the direction of a physician. Do not apply if skin is impaired in any way.
Warning: If accidentally swallowed, consult a physician or Poison Control Center immediately. If contents contact skin, wash area with mild soap and water to avoid irritation. If contents contact eyes, flush thoroughly with water. Consult a physician.
